Renowned artisan and founder of Urban Pioneer Construction, Kambiz Khadivi brings more than 45 years of experience in architecture, design, and construction to the Dallas community. Holding a Master’s degree in Architecture, Planning, and Arts, he has built a distinguished career in property development, restoration, and custom construction.

Inspired by the historic architecture of Amsterdam and its iconic signature buildings, Kambiz developed a deep appreciation for preserving structures that reflect a city’s heritage. He believes that thoughtfully restoring historical properties not only protects cultural identity but also creates lasting value, economic growth, and strong investment opportunities.

Through Urban Pioneer Construction, Kambiz and his team partner with investors, homeowners, and developers to acquire, restore, build, and transform properties.
